The Fortune Teller gives the player insights of in-game secrets or trivia, as well as telling jokes. The assigned faerie's Sky Blue skill affects the quality of the response. It is a fun but low-priority job, recommended for those, who already cycled through the shops. Visiting the fortune teller will give you a fortune, which might be anything from a cryptic message, a silly comment, or a special insight about the game. If you didn't realize it already, you can learn from the fortune teller that Garr has natural resistance to fire (though not immunity like she says), healing magic harms undead, breath attacks are affected by current hit points, and you will encounter fewer monsters by walking instead of running. Assigning additional faeries will allow you to get one fortune per faerie per visit.

The third pillar of the Wim Hof Method is the foundation of the other two: both cold exposure and conscious breathing require patience and dedication in order to be fully mastered. Armed with focus and determination you are ready to explore and eventually master your own body and mind.
With specialized breathing you can blow the dust out of your system. Controlled exposure to cold can shock all those gears back into motion. Together, they can restore that innate strength to its full capacity.
While consistent Wim Hof Method practice is key, even a single breathing session charges your muscles with enough oxygen to double the amount of push-ups you can do, and just one minute spent under cold water gives you a jolt of energy that makes you feel like the Hulk for the rest of the day.
Meditation is like eating kale: You know it's good for you, but it's not always enjoyable. The $169 Core Meditation Trainer is like a chef that transforms salad bar garnish into a tasty kale chip. It's a small, rounded device you hold in your hands as you stream guided meditations via its companion app. It uses gentle vibrations to help you focus and guide your breathing, as ECG sensors collect pulse and heart rate variability (HRV) data to measure the benefits of each session on your body. It's fairly expensive, but it can teach you how to meditate and motivate you to make it a regular practice. Meditation is hard, but the Core Meditation Trainer makes it a lot easier.
The Core costs $169 (or you can finance it for $15 a month for 12 months) and comes with a library of guided meditations, soundscapes, and breath training tracks. The company also offers a Premium plan that includes on-demand access to all the latest Core Studio classes, original music from "emerging and noteworthy" artists, and content from "expert instructors." The Premium plan costs $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year.
To begin a meditation, you simply hold the Core and place your thumbs on the dots. There are 30 ECG sensor dots on the top of the device (15 on each side), but you only need to make sure a few are touching each thumb. The dots use an electrocardiogram (ECG) to measure the electrical activity of your heart through your thumbs. Meanwhile, the Core vibrates to help you focus and guide your breathing. You may want to use headphones while meditating. Core recommends doing so for the best experience.
In a Focused state, you're physically relaxed, but your mind is active and engaged. Core measures your Focus by looking for a pattern in your heart rhythm called resonance or coherence that increases HRV. The app explains that this pattern is closely related to a phenomenon known as Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia (RSA), which occurs when your breath and heart rate naturally sync together.
The free content is housed in the other three sections. In the Guided section, you'll find meditations with an instructor's audio guidance. In the Breath Training section, there's a selection of meditations that teach you breathing exercises such as Box Breath, a technique US Navy SEALs use(Opens in a new window) to reduce stress and anxiety. During the Breath Training meditations, you match your inhale and exhale to the Core's vibrations. Finally, the Sound & Music section offers unguided audio soundscapes for more advanced practitioners. You select one of the ambient, nature-themed, or soothing musical backdrops, choose a duration, and the Core offers subtle vibrations to help you focus.
In the Profile tab, you can access Preferences, FAQ about the product, company contact information, and more. In Preferences, you can enable or disable Dynamic Lighting, which coordinates lights on the device with breath training vibrations, and connect your Core with Apple Health.
I especially like the breath-focused meditations. During one of the sessions in the Core Basics series, the instructor goes over three breathing techniques: Water Breath, Whiskey Breath, and Box Breath. During the six-minute session, I logged 2 minutes, 20 seconds of Calm and almost 4 minutes of Focus.
I will say that it can be a touch difficult to follow the vibrations that guide you when to breathe. During one breathing exercise, for instance, you're supposed to inhale as the vibrations get stronger and exhale as they get weaker, but for me it was hard to tell the difference. I also find that instructors sometimes go over the directions quickly, so if you're zoning out you might miss something.
If you're paying attention, listen to the instructions, and start when you're supposed to, it's easy to follow along and breathe with the vibrations. But if you start letting your mind wander, it can be hard to get back on track. Either way, trying is the most important part. The more you practice, the better you'll be able to keep up.
The Core Meditation Trainer not only makes it easier to meditate, it helps you appreciate the benefits of the practice. The device itself serves as a grounding force reminding you to relax as it gently vibrates to guide your breathing. As you meditate, the Core's ECG sensors collect heart rate data to measure your body's reaction to the session. After each meditation, you can view a graph of your heart rate, and stats like how much time you spent Calm and Focused.
Sten: A once famous soldier of the monkey-like Highlander Tribe he now is a street performer and womanizer. Many times greedy and cowardly, Sten can also be very clever, quick-witted, and noble. He regains much his bravery after a series of events in his hometown. Sten is average in just about all areas. He has decent focus on physical attacks, but with slightly more focus on defense than Katt, but with less speed than her. He learns primarily fire spells and does average spell damage. He is the middle of the road character that you can use to round out a party. His special ability is the only way to get past certain areas in the game however.
Thunder Breathing's moveset revolves around teleporting and doing M1s to start very deadly combos. Most of the moves do low damage but are easy to hit. Thunder also has 2 moves that teleport around the target allowing for another M1 combo, Rice Spirit and Thunder Swarm. To balance this out, most of the moves are blockable if they can combo extend(e.g Thunder Swarm, Rice Spirit).Thunderclap and flash works perfectly for a bloody combo ender. Thunder breathing comes with a normal cost, requiring 12 skill points to unlock all the moves.
At the left side of the Coast Forest, beside a Wisteria Tree, there is a house. Inside the house an old man named Kujima (Retired Thunder Hashira and trainer of Zenitsu himself, real name is Jigoro Kuwajima) will teach you the Thunder Breathing after you complete a few tasks for him.

Flamecharm grants the user the ability to conjure fire using ether, giving them access to abilities which focus on DOT and AoE effects, while still providing a comparatively greater damage potential against other mantras, as well as a notable amount of utility.
The playstyle of this element is a jack of all trades and combat mobility. Flamecharm is surprisingly good at many of the things it is able to do, and sometimes even exceeds the capabilities of other elements in what they should be good at. Flamecharm is an incredibly diverse attunement compared to the others with talents ranging from allowing you to move forward a little bit after casting a mantra all the way to being able to summon a clone made of fire to damage your opponent upon dodging. This element is able to fit just about any playstyle due to it's huge arsenal of talents and mantras, but most matches someone who likes to play a support role in the team. This attunment is also the best choice as a noob, as the burn effect will kill knocked npcs, easily allowing you to progress really fast. 2ff7e9595c
